Community Works LLC (“Community Works,” “we,” “us”) provides property care services including painting, carpentry, exterior cleaning, deck restoration, and gutter and window cleaning in Vermont. By contacting us, requesting an estimate, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

All estimates provided by Community Works are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change upon on-site inspection. A deposit may be required to secure scheduling. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before a scheduled service date.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Community Works related to your service request, including estimates, scheduling, project updates, and follow-up communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Community Works LLC is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, damage caused by weather during an active project, or issues arising from surfaces not included in the agreed scope of work. All work is performed by background-checked professionals.
