Who we're looking for

10+ years in painting, carpentry, or both Exterior experience in Vermont weather Comfortable leading a 2-3 person crew Can read a proposal, walk a job, and call out what’s missing

What you'll do

Lead projects from first day to walkthrough Set the quality bar for younger crew members Flag rot, water damage, and scope changes in real time Sign off on your own work

What you'll do

Prep work, masking, sanding, caulking, cleanup Ladder work, power washing, gutter cleaning Help the lead hit the timeline Learn the trade from people who know it

What we offer

$30-$40

/hr

depending on experience

Training from 25-year veterans

Consistent hours May through

October Promotion based on what you deliver, not seniority
