How do your estimates work?

We provide free estimates within 48 hours of your request. For most projects, we can begin estimating from photos you send us, then confirm with an on-site visit if needed. Every estimate includes a detailed written proposal with clear scope, pricing, and timeline. No obligation.

Yes. We collect a 50% deposit when you approve the proposal and sign our project agreement. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and your satisfaction. This is standard industry practice and protects both parties.
We serve South Burlington, Burlington, Essex, Williston, Shelburne, Charlotte, Hinesburg, Stowe, Waterbury, South Royalton, and surrounding communities throughout central Vermont. We stack projects by geography to keep scheduling efficient.

It depends on the season. During peak exterior season (May–August), we recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance. Interior projects during winter have more flexibility. Call us and we’ll give you an honest timeline for your specific project.
