Concrete wants 3,000 PSI. Vinyl siding wants 500. Cedar shakes want a soft wash, not a blast. Our crews know the difference and carry the gear to adjust on the fly. Wrong pressure doesn’t clean it damages.

Soft Wash, Not Surface Blast.

For anything painted, stained, or shingled, soft washing kills mold and algae at the root with cleaning solution. Blasting just knocks the top layer off and leaves spores behind. It looks clean for a month and comes back black by fall.

Roof-Safe. Warranty-Safe.

High-pressure on asphalt shingles voids most manufacturer warranties and strips protective granules. We never high-pressure a roof. Soft wash only, with algaecide built for roofing material.
